About SteadyTread
SteadyTread is a home safety brand operated by 812 Operations LLC focused on heated snow-melting mats for customers who want a simple, reliable way to keep their outdoor steps clear all winter.
Our current product line is built around the StepSafe Snow Heating Mats — electrically heated stair mats that melt snow as it lands, paired with a GFCI power unit that’s included with every order. We focus on clear product information, straightforward ordering, tracked shipping, and responsive customer support.
All orders are placed directly through steadytread.com. After purchase, customers receive an order confirmation and shipping updates. If help is needed with an order, delivery, refund, or product question, our support team can be contacted at support@steadytread.com.
We aim to keep the customer experience simple and transparent:
- heated snow-melting mats with the power unit included
- clear product and pricing information
- tracked shipping
- accessible support
- published refund, return, and cancellation policies
SteadyTread products are designed to reduce snow and ice accumulation on outdoor steps. They are not a substitute for careful footing and general winter precautions. Always follow the product directions, plug the mats into a grounded outdoor outlet, and review the included safety guide before use.
